This policy explains what personal information Studio Squeeze collects, why, what we do with it, and the rights you have over it. We keep it short and plain, because that is how we would want it explained to us.
1. The short version
We only collect what we need to reply to you, send you what you asked for, and run our client work.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.
Our website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@studiosqueeze.com.
2. Who we are
Studio Squeeze Ltd is the controller of your personal information. We are a private limited company registered in England and Wales.
Company number: 13171377
Registered office: Dolphin Cottage, Hazeley Road, Twyford, Winchester, Hampshire, SO21 1PT

3. What we collect and why
When you request our credentials deck
We ask for your name and work email, and you can add your company. We use them to send you the deck and to follow up about your request.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you have asked us for information about our services, and replying is a reasonable thing to do with the details you gave us.
When you book time with us
Bookings are made through Calendly. Calendly collects your name, email address and anything you choose to add, and passes the booking to our calendar so we can meet you.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
When you email us
We receive your email address, your name and whatever you include in your message. We use it to reply and to keep a record of our conversation.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests.
When we contact you about our work
We sometimes contact people at businesses we think could benefit from our services, by email or on LinkedIn. We only use work contact details, such as your name, job title, company and work email address, which we find on company websites and LinkedIn, or in lists from business data providers.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests. Every message gives you an easy way to say no, and if you do, we will stop and keep only the record we need to make sure we don’t contact you again.
When we email you
Some emails we send use HubSpot to tell us whether an email has been opened. This works through a small image in the email that loads when you open it. We use it only to see whether our message reached you, and you can prevent it by turning off automatic image loading in your email app.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests.
When you work with us as a client or supplier
We collect the business contact details of the people we work with, our correspondence, and the details needed to invoice and pay. We use them to deliver the work, manage our working relationship and keep proper business records.
Our lawful bases are performing our contract with you and meeting our legal obligations, such as keeping accounting records.
When you visit our website
Our website is hosted by Framer. Framer’s built-in analytics counts visits without using cookies or identifying individual visitors, and Framer keeps standard technical logs to run the site securely. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
If you click through to Calendly, LinkedIn or Instagram, those sites have their own privacy and cookie policies.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business, and only for the purposes above:
Framer, which hosts our website and handles the deck request form
Google, which provides our email, calendar and file storage
Calendly, which handles meeting bookings
HubSpot, which tells us whether emails we send have been opened
Accounting and invoicing providers, for client and supplier records
Trusted freelance collaborators, who work on client projects under confidentiality agreements and see only what the work needs
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
5. Information stored outside the UK
Some of these providers store or process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, we make sure the transfer is protected, either by UK adequacy regulations or by the contractual safeguards approved by the Information Commissioner’s Office.
6. How long we keep it
Deck requests and enquiries that don’t lead to working together: up to two years after our last contact.
People we have contacted about our work: until you tell us to stop, or two years after our last contact, whichever comes first.
Client and supplier records: for as long as the law requires, which is normally six years after the end of the financial year in which the work finished.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
ask us to correct anything that is wrong
ask us to delete your information
ask us to limit how we use it
object to how we use it, including an absolute right to stop us contacting you about our services
ask for your information in a portable format, where that applies
To use any of these rights, email hello@studiosqueeze.com. There is no charge, and we will reply within one month.
8. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
9. Changes to this policy
We will update this page if the way we handle personal information changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
